At Your Bold Essence, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, you have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. We offer free returns on all orders, including international shipments.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be in their original, unused, and sellable condition
- Must include all original packaging

Once your return is accepted, you’ll receive a free return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without initiating a return first.
International Orders
We ship worldwide and offer free returns globally. If you need to make a return from outside the U.S., follow the same return process through our portal.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU customers, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo to info@yourboldessence.com. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return your original order. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
